The prices in the store include VAT.
Intra-Community transactions, export and re-export with registered and operating business entities are carried out under conditions of written agreement and in accordance with the current tax legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Our e-shop allows you to shop without registration.

Discounts for quantity, value, promotional, related and others are accrued automatically. You can see them in your cart.
The price of delivery is determined by the weight, volume and other conditions of the courier companies, as for selected products and quantities it is possible that the price of delivery is at the expense of Stratus Light Ltd.
The possible payment methods we accept are:
- Cash on delivery - Postal money order
You pay for the ordered products to the courier upon receipt. Don't forget to ask the courier for a receipt for the amount paid.
- Bank transfer
The selected items will be made and sent to the address specified by you after receipt of the entire amount due to the bank account of Stratus Light Ltd. Please always write the order number or invoice number as the reason for payment

Orders are executed within 1-3 working days (processed by 15:30) for products in stock. These deadlines do not apply to custom-made products. In this case, the execution time depends on the type of product, the quantity and our current load. Such an order is executed after your explicit consent.
The standard term for custom imports is 7 working days from Europe, 10 working days from North America, 12 working days from the Middle East and Asia, and the term is agreed upon specific request.
